The Collection of Labour Law Decisions (SAE) publishes notes on the most important judgments and decisions in labour law 4 times a year. It is based on the rulings of the Federal Labour Court, the Federal Constitutional Court and the European Court of Justice that are important for the private sector.
The SAE contains scientifically sound notes, essays and commentaries by renowned labour law experts and experienced practitioners from companies and associations. Current dates and literature references round off the issue. The individual articles of the SAE are available at juris and in the employer portal of the BDA.
